The discharger failed to upload the Post-Construction BMP Plan. 4. The discharger failed to provide the BMP weekly, pre-storm, during-storm, and post-storm inspection reports as requested by Staff on December 30, 2021. 5. The discharger failed to provide copies of the REAPs as requested by Staff on December 30, 2021. 6. The discharger failed to provide the water quality sampling and analysis data as requested by Staff on December 30, 2021. |
