SWPPP/Monitoring Deficiency: ? Level 2 ERA Technical Report for zinc is overdue. ? ?Los Angeles River or Los Angeles River Tributaries? and ?Los Angeles River Watershed?, in addition to ?Los Angeles River Tributaries?, need to be added for applicable TMDL Watersheds in the TMDL Waterbody/Watershed Information in SMARTS. ? The description for the TMDL responsibility needs to be revised in the SWPPP. Pacoima Wash is a major tributary of the Tujunga Wash, itself a tributary of the Los Angeles River, which is listed for water quality impairment on the 303(d)-list. ? Some heavy metals that are listed as facility?s specialized materials on the website, such as cadmium, copper, mercury, and nickel need, are not included in the pollutant source assessment in the SWPPP. ?
