SW - Deficient BMP Implementation |
The onsite SWPPP was dated to have been last revised January 14, 2021. The onsite copy was more recent that the SWPPP uploaded to SMARTS dated January 30, 2018; Southwest corner of the facility where stormwater discharges offsite was covered with scrap materials and dirt; Mr. Banh stated he had not been sampling in the location identified on the site map; A stormwater pollutant BMP boom was randomly placed in an aisle; MagStyx, a high-powered synthetic magnet, had been purchased but was not installed onsite; and, An oil sheen was observed in a puddle onsite near the dismantling area. |
