1064812 05/29/2019 Unauthorized Discharge The Discharger estimated 40,000 gallons of Vibratory Sheared Enhanced Process (VSEP) reject water drained to the internal storm water conveyance system that ultimately drained to the storm water retention pond (SWRP), over a three-day period. At the time of the VSEP discharge, the drainage valve for the SWRP was in a closed position; the Facility¿s NPDES discharge ceased on 30 April 2019. However, due to rainfall events that occurred during the month of May, the SWRP was nearly at full capacity on 24 May 2019.
