This condition is a violation of the Standard Provisions and Reporting Requirements, General Reporting Requirements C.1. and C.2, the Discharger shall give at least 60 days advance notice to the Central Valley Water Board of any planned changes in the ownership or control of the facility. On 16 January 2020 subsequent to the inspection, change of operator form was submitted by Mr. Mendonca and the same was approved by the Executive Officer letter dated 12 February 2020.
