Order Conditions |
The Dairy added manure drying areas outside the production area defined in the Dairy’s 2016 Waste Management Plan (2016 WMP). Failure to submit a Report of Waste Discharge (ROWD) with appropriate technical documentation at least 140 days prior to expanding the Dairy’s production area is a violation of Provision G.4. The manure drying areas, where observable appeared to create a condition of pollution which is a violation of Prohibition A.4 and did not appear to be designed to convey wastewater to the wastewater retention ponds which is a violation of Production Area Specification D.6. Following the inspection, Klay Mittel of Sentry Ag Services, LLC (consultant for the Dairy) submitted a ROWD with supporting technical documents. This violation is resolved. |
