1145340 05/29/2025 Order Conditions The Dairy added a manure storage area outside the production area defined in the Dairy’s Waste Management Plan (WMP). Failure to submit a Report Of Waste Discharge (ROWD) with appropriate technical documentation at least 140 days prior to expanding the Dairy’s production area is a violation of Provision G.4. The manure storage area appears to create a condition of pollution which is a violation of Prohibition A.4 and does not appear to be designed to convey wastewater to the wastewater retention ponds which is a violation of Production Area Specification D.6.
