1142022 12/16/2024 Deficient Reporting General mineral analytical results for wells Barn, 1-Griffith, and 2-Cow were not documented in the 2019 through 2023 Annual Reports, which is a violation of the MRP, Table 4, Groundwater Monitoring. On 19 December 2024, Marlene Ferreira of Livingston Dairy Consulting, Inc. 1128459 02/13/2024 Order Conditions Standing wastewater was observed more than 72 hours after a storm event in the southern livestock corrals and feed storage area which is a violation of Production Area Specification D.6. Bruce Livingston of Livingston Dairy Consulting provided documentation after the inspection showing the observed standing wastewater had been removed. This violation has been resolved.
