1144312 05/29/2025 Unauthorized Discharge The Discharger used heavy equipment to create an 8,500 sq. ft. embankment pond through removing sediment and capturing flows from an established flood channel of Wilson Creek, a Class I watercourse. Discharger also graded roads along the northern bank of Wilson Creek, and graded the bed of a second established flood channel of Wilson Creek. Discharged has installed multiple CMPs within an established flood channel of Wilson Creek, and installed a PVP within a Class III stormwater channel that discharges to a Wilson Creek flood channel. The discharger constructed a total of four weir structures within the main channel of Wilson Creek, conducted vegetation management along the banks of and within a Class I watercourse, conducted channel reshaping activities, and graded approximately 1.0 acre to land to bare mineral soil causing actual and potential sediment discharge into a Class I watercourse and two flood channels.
