Consistent with section V of Attachment E to the Order (https://www.waterboards.ca.gov/board_decisions/adopted_orders/water_quality/2014/wqo2014_0194_dwq.pdf) beginning on page E-6, notifications for large (greater than one acre-foot), planned discharges must be provided at least three days prior to the initiation of the planned discharge. Notification was sent day of discharge. |
