Order Conditions |
Petroleum products in Drainage Area E were not contained in secondary containment. Styrofoam, microplastics, and used oil waste rags floating in the marina surface waters. Oil/grease tracking is present on the pavement. Maintenance of industrial equipment is required to avoid spills or leaks. Emergency spill response kits are empty or partially filled. Used/waste oil rags require secondary containment. Construction to repair failing sidewalk requires BMPs to reduce or eliminate pollutants than may enter stormwater and/or surface waters. Trash needs to be picked up and placed in a covered area. Receipt required showing the sand oil separator has been serviced. |
