1144753 12/01/2024 Order Conditions During the month of December LOWRF was experiencing low online UVT%. On seven different days were saw numbers below 55%. We noticed that our grab samples were greater then 2% from our online analyzer. Once we adjusted the online probe to match our bench top grab the UVT% seem to be holding about 55%. However, water was still being delivered to users downstream. Online UVT% Below 55%- 12/1/2024- 53.8% 12/8/2024- 51.9% 12/15/2024- 53.3% 12/2/2024- 54.3% (grab 59.3%) 12/9/2024- 53.9 (grab 56.1%) 12/16/2024- 53.8% 12/3/2024-54.8 % From 12/15/2024- 12/19/2024 water deliveries were stopped to downstream users. However, from 12/1-12/9/2024 water was being delivered and grab samples were above 55% on the 12/2,12/9 and 12/16/2024. The probe was adjusted on 12/9/2024. We are still waiting for conformation from the State of our minimum UVT% requirement for the plant. On December 9th, we had a 10,000 gallons Recycle Water Effluent spill on Los Osos Valley rd and South Bay blvd. Spilled Recycle Water Effluent went into two different storm drains. We confirmed with our Storm water coordinator that the storm drains did not lead into a body of water. The water was followed to a storm water retention pond to evaporate/percolate.
