Violation #1 As referenced within the File Review section of the enclosed Inspection Report, the Project?s SWPPP maps do not reflect the Project?s expanded footprint of the observed land disturbance. Section II.C.2, Revising Permit Coverage for Change of Acreage or New Ownership, which states: Within 30 days of a reduction or increase in total disturbed acreage, the discharger shall electronically file revisions to the PRDs that include: a. A revised NOI indicating the new project size; b. A revised site map showing the acreage of the site completed, acreage currently under construction, acreage sold/transferred or added, and acreage currently stabilized in accordance with the Conditions for Termination of Coverage in Section II.D below. c. SWPPP revisions, as appropriate; and d. Certification that any new landowners have been notified of applicable requirements to obtain General Permit coverage. The certification shall include the name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of the new landowner. e. If the project acreage has increased, dischargers shall mail payment of revised annual fees within 14 days of receiving the revised annual fee notification. |
