Order Conditions |
The Feedlot added a manure storage area outside the production area defined in the Feedlot?s Waste Management Plan (WMP). Failure to submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) with appropriate technical documentation at least 140 days prior to expanding the Feedlot?s production area is a violation of Provision H.6. The manure storage area appears to create a condition of pollution which is a violation of Prohibition A.4 and does not appear to be designed to convey wastewater to the wastewater retention ponds which is a violation of Production Area Specification D.4. |
