1101923 01/13/2022 Order Conditions Currently the Discharger is using a temporary centrifuge press which is located east of anaerobic digesters building to dewater biosoilds. During the inspection, biosoilds were observed on the ground around the temporary centrifuge press, which may cause adverse impacts to the groundwater. This is a violation of WDRs Provision VI.A.2.f, which requires the Discharger to take all reasonable steps to minimize any adverse impacts to waters of the State. Board staff recommends that the centrifuge press to be moved on to a concreate pad and the dewatering process to be conducted in a manner that minimizes spill and leachate formation Violation None Inspection Tracy WWTP 416413 R5-2017-0113 Y
