Order Conditions |
On December 30, 2024, while performing routing maintenance on UV channel 2, bank 2B, it was discovered that the bulb wiper system was not operating due to a misaligned hydraulic valve. The bank of bulbs was removed from the channel and the bulbs and wipers were manually cleaned and inspected. The wiper system was put in service and checked for proper operation. After further investigation it was determined that the wiper hydraulic system had been ineffective since November 12, 2024. |
