1139805 01/21/2025 Order Conditions The sodium hypochlorite valve was not re-opened after completing repair work, this prevented proper disinfection of the effluent. In addition, the chlorine analyzer was not set with the Facility?s SCADA system to perform a callout, this contributed to the length of time undisinfected effluent was discharged to surface water.
