1145518 06/25/2025 Order Conditions On Wednesday, June 25th, 2025, CDP conducted a planned replacement of rotary screen number three. Prior to the removal of the screen, the stop log was installed. Following the installation of the spare screen, the team removed the stop log. It was at that time they noticed that the installed screen did not align at the designated position. The crew then adjusted the screen to correct the alignment. During this adjustment the screen was lifted approximately 2 feet, while the stop log was removed.
