1147910 08/17/2025 Deficient Monitoring During the reporting period of August 17-23, 2025, the North City Water Reclamation Plant (NCWRP) did not submit pH monitoring data for the reclaimed final effluent. This omission was due to a scheduled facility shutdown originally planned for August 18-22, 2025. At the time, it was anticipated that operations would resume on August 23, allowing for sample collection in accordance with permit requirements.
