According to MRP Provision I.D of the WDRs, ?Appropriate flow measurement devices and methods consistent with accepted scientific practices shall be selected and used to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurements of the volume of monitored discharges. All monitoring instruments and devices used by the Discharger to fulfill the prescribed monitoring program shall be properly maintained and calibrated as necessary, at least yearly, to ensure their continued accuracy. 1103642 03/22/2022 Order Conditions During the inspection, it was discovered that one of the UV module?s bulbs exceeded the manufacture?s recommended hours, 12,000 run hours, by 471 hours. According to the Standard Provision I.D, ?The Discharger shall, at all times, properly operate and maintain all facilities and systems of treatment and control (and related appurtenances) which are installed or used by the Discharger to achieve compliance with the conditions of this Order.? According to the Discharger, it was due to an oversight and the Discharger will replace the bulbs and update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the bulbs not exceeding the recommended hours in the future.
