Wastewater from Pond 2 discharged into Pond 1 caused an overflow from the pond into the neighboring orchard. Road base material was placed around a portion of the berm. The spill was caused by capacity issues at the WWTF and the transferring of wastewater from one pond to another pond caused an overflow of wastewater into Salt Creek. Road base material was placed around a portion of the pond to stop the spill. Arbuckle PUD is in violation of Discharge Prohibition A.1 and A.2 of the WDRs. The spill was caused by a power outage which resulted in pumps at the headworks malfunctioning causing raw sewage to impact soil and vegetation of the nearby property. Arbuckle PUD is in violation of Discharge Prohibition A.2 of the WDRs. The spill was due to capacity issues at the WWTF wastewater from Pond 4 overflowed into Salt Creek. Wastewater diverted from Pond 4 to Pond 1, which stopped the spill. Arbuckle PUD is in violation of Discharge Prohibition A.1 and A.2 of the WDRs.
