S881763 03/29/2022 Deficient BMP Implementation • I observed two open dumpsters that contained industrial waste and were not actively in use (pages 6 and 16). This is a violation of section X.H.1.d.iii of the IGP. • I observed dirt, organic debris, litter, cardboard, and foam materials dispersed throughout the site and accumulating in several areas (pages 3, 6-12, 14-20, 25). This is a violation of sections X.H.1.a.vi and X.H.1.d.ii of the IGP. • I observed four open buckets labeled as dye near the NE corner (pages 19, 21-23) and an open bottle of antifreeze near the warehouse (page 30). This is a violation of section X.H.1.a.v of the IGP. • Finally, I observed a wooden structure that was coated in what appeared to be a greasy or waxy substance (pages 21 and 24). This is a violation of section XI.A.3 of the IGP. • I observed an undocumented discharge point at the Northeast (NE) corner of the property (pages 20, 26-29).
