Unauthorized discharge of waste to a stream is a potential violation of the Central Coast Water Board¿s Water Quality Control Plan for the Central Coastal Basin (Basin Plan).	To correct the alleged violations, Alentejo, LLC must remove all discharged material and fully restore the beneficial uses of all impacted areas of waters of the state. To avoid further unauthorized discharges during removal, Alentejo, LLC must apply for and obtain waste discharge requirements from the Central Coast Water Board prior to any material removal or new disturbance.
