1112790 05/31/2021 UAUTHDISC The Central Coast Water Board has evidence of land disturbance activities resulting in the discharge of waste to Moonshine Creek and Nojoqui Creek in Santa Barbara County in relation to the construction of two creek crossings. Unauthorized discharge of waste to a stream is a potential violation of the Central Coast Water Board¿s Water Quality Control Plan for the Central Coastal Basin (Basin Plan). To correct the alleged violations, Alentejo, LLC must remove all discharged material and fully restore the beneficial uses of all impacted areas of waters of the state. To avoid further unauthorized discharges during removal, Alentejo, LLC must apply for and obtain waste discharge requirements from the Central Coast Water Board prior to any material removal or new disturbance.
