On May 13th a coliform sample was dropped off at the outside lab on a Saturday when the lab was not staffed, therefore the sample was not analyzed in time. |
The plant was operating well before and after the missed sample and a good chlorine residual was measured that day. No corrective action has been taken at this time. |

The sample tap was taken apart, the corrosion on the sample tap was removed, and the sample tap cleaned/disinfected thoroughly and reinstalled. Since the sample tap was cleaned and reinstalled, we have not had any further positive coliform samples. |
