1080417 10/15/2020 LREP Violation of Attachment E section IX.D.3 - the Discharger failed to submit a 5-day report describing the July 22, 2020, copper effluent limit exceedance. The Discharger became aware of the permit violation on July 30, 2020. The 5-day report should have been submitted by August 5, 2020. It submitted the 5-day report, upon request by the Water Board, on October 15, 2020. The Discharger identified in their late 5-day report that its team has met to analyze to review reporting requirements and that an improved protocol has been established for reviewing data to allow for timely and correct reporting as required by the VOC and Fuel General Permit.
