1105561 04/26/2022 Order Conditions The storage lagoon had less than two feet of freeboard. The production area lacks a drainage system to direct wastewater from corrals and roofed areas to the storage lagoon. Salt accumulation was noted in corrals indicating that corrals were flooded with lagoon water probably overflowing or backflow from the lagoon. The lagoon berm was impacted by animal burrows. By 1 August 2022 discharger provides evidence of documentation that violations have been resolved and you have implemented the management practices that will prevent such actions in the future.
