Please note that the previous biennial receiving water report was submitted in March 2021 (permit due date was 4/1/2021 for the 2020 dry/wet season. Although the new subject Order (effective 7/1/2021) pushed up the schedule by one year, we were not expecting to complete the biennial receiving water sampling until the dry season of 2022. However, upon close review of the updated permit and the online CIWQS schedule, we did see that the 2021 dry season sampling was inadvertently missed and notified the Waterboard via email of this matter on 1/31/2022. Representative samples were obtained on 2/9/2022 and included with this online CIWQS submittal. Violation B eSMR
