Due to a potential false detection, the Discharger will (1) require the sampler to have its portable analyzer sent for factory calibration, (2) require the sampler to provide a back-up pH analyzer and be able to perform immediate confirmation sampling if needed, and (3) adjust the low alarm level for the facility's online concentrate pH analyzer monitors the line that feeds the effluent. |
