Order Conditions |
The temporary bypass system operated by MPUD is in violation of Sanitary Sewer Systems General Order No. 2022-0103-DWQ, Section 5.19 Operation and Maintenance, which states: "To prevent discharges to the environment, the Enrollee shall maintain in good working order, and operate as designed, any facility or treatment and control system designed to contain sewage and convey it to a treatment plant." |
