1068260 11/01/2019 DMON On Friday November 1, 2019 SSD staff had the daily coliform bacteria sample ready for pick up. SSD staff was later contacted by Fruit Growers Laboratory staff to inform that they would not be able to pick up the sample due to Maria Fire mandatory evacuations. Missed sample was rescheduled for pick up for Tuesday of the following week (11/4/19) after evacuation orders were lifted. Violation B eSMR
