Effluent discharge to the San Joaquin River was stopped at 0432 on October 9, 2019 and was not reinitiated until 1515 on October 15, 2019 (see further discussion below). After resuming discharge on October 15, 2019, effluent Dissolved Oxygen was not sampled and tested. |
The City regrets this oversight and has reviewed the monitoring requirements of the NPDES permit with operations staff to ensure all monitoring requirements are met going forward. |
