1099933 01/25/2020 CAT2 Dichlorobromomethane Monthly Average (Mean) limit is 3.2 ug/L and reported value was 3.43 ug/L at EFF-003. Upon confirmation of the exceedance and in accordance with the NPDES permit the District immediately notified the RWQCB and initiated accelerated monitoring for DCBM at EFF-003, until compliance was achieved. The District believes the exceedance was caused by a temporary change in water supply to the OrWTP. The District has the ability to shift the source water to the OrWTP to meet demand challenges during times of drought, perform necessary maintenance, and/or other events. The District is in the midst of a critical capital project, which includes a UV system. This new system will reduce the amount of chlorine disinfection byproducts generated. Violation U eSMR
