1122368 12/31/2022 UAUTHDISC Around 10:00 am, the Discharger made the decision to pump the preliminary treated wastewater out of the equalization tank and into a nearby storm drain to minimize the risk of damage to the Plant equipment. The influent flows gradually decreased as the day went on, with the unauthorized discharge ceasing around 9:00 pm. Violation B Report
