Violations
Violation ID Occurred Date Violation Type (-) Violation Description Corrective Action Status Classification Source
1070479 09/04/2019 UAUTHDISC On 09-05-2019 discharge of steam used to clean and sanitize the line on the mobile wine bottling truck, entered a drop inlet that did not have a plug for the storm drain pipe that flows into Airport Creek. Water still flowed in the creek at times, so further investigation showed also that process wastewater was flowing in a drop inlet that the pipe was plugged to the process wastewater instead of the storm drain pipe. This area is near 9 wine tanks. Violation B Complaint
