Industrial materials, including hand washing stations with residues on them, a fuel tank fitted with a nozzle, and intermediate bulk containers fitted with valves and with residues on them, were outside exposed to stormwater. 3. Wash water, dirt from vehicle tracking, and sand from opened sandbags were on the ground exposed to stormwater. 4.
