Per the NOT application submitted by the previous operator, the facility has been transferred to the new operator (TForce) in May 2021. A site visit conducted by the Regional Water Board staff in September 27, 2021, and TForce facility staff was directed to obtain a permit coverage immediately to avoid further violations. As a result, two NNC letters were issued to notify the Discharger and the owner of the property for this violation. |
