Failure to electronically certify and submit annual reports. 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 Annual Reports (AR) submitted 02/01/2024. 2021-2022 incorrectly entered "Construction was not active and had not begun for three months or longer within this annual reporting period." Clear and grub work started Sept 2021, mass grading began mid Nov 2021. Work through winter, no samples collected, job stop work orders by SB County for lack of SW compliance. 2022-2023 equally inaccurate. Continuation on these circumstances was further alleged in the NOV dated 4/30/25. |
