All American Auto Dismantlers failed to prevent stormwater discharges of sediment and oil & grease that may have exceeded receiving water limitations 2. All American Auto Dismantlers failed to implement BMPs at storm drain inlets and a disturbed dirt area 3. The Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) uploaded to Storm Water Multiple Application and Report Tracking System (SMARTS) was missing elements required by the Industrial General Permit. These missing elements include a description of how unauthorized non-stormwater discharges (NSWDs) are eliminated, a Monitoring and Implementation Plan (MIP), and an amendments log. The site map did not contain all the necessary elements, including identification of sampling locations, all storm drains, drainage areas within the facility boundary, an off-site discharge location observed by Board staff, and the correct facility acreage. 4. several uncovered waste bins during a rain event 5. Monthly visual observations are not being conducted 6. Stormwater samples have not been submitted since obtaining Industrial General Permit coverage in April 2021 Violation B Inspection
