Violation ID Occurred Date Violation Type (-) Violation Description Corrective Action Status Classification Source
S881726 05/11/2022 Deficient BMP Implementation • I observed an area where rainwater accumulated in drums containing paint residual had been dumped on the ground. It seemed like some dye from wet cardboard was present in the water on the ground as well. Section X.H.1.a.vi of the IGP requires, to the extent feasible, all non-solid industrial waste (which would include paint residue and dye) be contained. • I observed an area where wastewater was spilled on the pavement during pumping of IBCs. This is a violation of Section X.H.1.c.ii which says spilled or leaked industrial materials shall be cleaned promptly and disposed of properly. Violation B Inspection
