Deficient BMP Implementation |
1) BMPs such as silt fencing or straw wattle were not found on graded residential development surrounding the Flood Control Channel.
2) Grading equipment onsite lacked drip pans.
3) Soils surrounding concrete wash out basin indicated spillage and poor housekeeping.
4) No secondary containment of port-potty onsite was observed.
5) Discharge of waters into adjacent ephemeral wash and ultimately flood control channel was witnessed and discontinued at direction of Water Board staff |
