S875361	11/09/2020	Deficient BMP Implementation	There was a lack of BMPs for waste material and large asphalt piles (see Photo 6of attached inspection report). This area was discussed during the inspection and we were told that this area would be cleaned up. S875357	10/19/2020	Deficient BMP Implementation	Sediment Basins were incomplete. The slopes of the basin were not stabilized in accordance to CASQA Handbook Guidance (SE-2). SE-2 is required by the CGP for sediment basins. The basins did not appear to be installed to the volume capacity as specified in the SWPPP. Slopes did not have an effective combination of linear controls and erosion controls.
