When the Facility was inspected on July 13, 2023, and September 28, 2023 exposure conditions were observed. During the inspection items and activities such as materials and equipment such as wooden pallets, boxed packing labels, a propane tank, a ladder, a wrapped pallet with clamps for the green and white racks, frame tubing for the electrical system, construction wood stored, plastic bottles, plastic trash and construction taking place in the southeast side of the Facility. Therefore, the Facility does not qualify for the NEC and an NOI is needed. |
