Entrance rumble plates had accumulated soil debris and soil tracked-out onto the sidewalk and street.
The southeastern corner had poor housekeeping practices with accumulated debris and oily materials stored outdoors without cover or secondary containment.
The southwestern corner of the facility with k-rails had empty buckets and a bucket of chemicals used in concrete making with no BMPs in place.

Per inspection findings, there is an additional industrial area and stormwater discharge area at the facility that warrants monitoring for stormwater. Large metal bins, used for trash containment, were stored at outdoor areas without covers.
A tote tank containing chemicals, buckets containing paint and oil, empty used buckets, and scrap materials were stored outdoors without cover or secondary containment.
The fence along the perimeter of the facility has a filter fabric improperly installed and trash debris without BMPs in place.
