Deficient BMP Implementation |
-Tan-colored particulates were accumulated on the ground of the curbside, where they store metal bins, as well as the northeastern side of the facility. During the inspection, no BMPs appear to be in place to control track-out and discharge.
-Public access area curbside is being used to stage metal and roll-off bins but with no BMPs in place to capture spills and other industrial activity discharges. |
