S887743 11/29/2023 Deficient BMP Implementation On November 29, 2023, Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board staff conducted a compliance inspection of the Colton Joint Transportation industrial facility located at 451 N 3rd St in the City of Colton. Santa Ana Water Board staff made the following observations during the inspection: SWPPP listed Jim Michaels as the Duly Authorized Representative, data submitter, and SWPPP team leader, even though he no longer works at the facility. Site map failed to identify the small school bus wash area. Accumulation of sediment near the discharge location. Staining near school bus wash area with no BMPs in place/available.
