Deficient BMP Implementation |
The facility failed to implement Good Housekeeping BMPs (IGP Section X.H.1.a.). We noticed that the outdoor area was not swept. We saw dark stains on the ground.
The facility failed to implement Preventative Maintenance BMPs (IGP Section X.H.1.b.). We saw that vehicle part storage was exposed to stormwater.
The facility failed to implement Spill and Leak Prevention Response BMPs (IGP Section X.H.1.c.). We observed vehicle parts actively leaking. We also noticed spills on the ground.
The facility failed to implement Material Handling and Waste Management BMPs (IGP Section X.H.1.d.). We saw that motor oil and other fluids used on site were not properly disposed of.
Stormwater samples were collected improperly. (IGP Section XI.B.8.) |
