The site map is included in this SWPPP, but it is not legible and does not include stormwater sampling points.

Deficient BMP Implementation |
Rusty equipment, used tote tanks, and metal drums containing melted/processed aluminum/zinc wastes were stored outdoors without cover or secondary containment.
Oils stains and debris at the entrance/exit of the outdoor storage area without BMPs in place.
Oily equipment used tote tanks with residues on their tops and sides, and tote tanks containing hydraulic fluid were stored outdoors without secondary containment and without covers.
Tote tanks used in collecting metal wastes at indoor and outdoor areas did not have covers and labels.
The hazardous waste area had a tote tank containing hazardous waste leaking oil onto the ground surface without secondary containment. In addition, buckets with unknown contents were without secondary containment
