S880206 12/03/2021 Deficient BMP Implementation Excess wet concrete is washed out of mixer trucks on site; high pH/ high TDS process water separates, flows toward a concrete-chunk, non-reinforced wall, and leaches through the rip-rap applied to a 1:1 slope. Process water eroded 150 yards of an unpaved bench road along the permanent cover of Heaps Peak (closed) landfill. Process water reached a concrete stormwater swale and flowed more than another 100 yards. They must improve their process water capture so that it is contained on site, or treat it pH, TDS, and TSS levels compliant with the CGP. Violation B Inspection
