S884559 01/12/2023 Deficient BMP Implementation The burnishing area was observed to have water and concrete debris discharges, the onsite collection sump was overflowing, and the sump pump did not work. Drainage area 1 of the facility had concrete block residues/debris and oily water discharges, rusty scrap metal without BMPs in place, used oil tanks without covers, and overflowing trays. In addition, Drainage area 1, discharges into the street and stormwater samples have not been collected or analyzed for pollutants. The concrete block crushing area had concrete block debris on the ground surface without BMPs in place. A diesel tank with oily residues on top and rusty metals were stored outdoors without covers. Tanks containing used oils, metal drums, and oily equipment were stored outside the maintenance shop without effective BMPs or no BMPs implemented at all.. Rusty rebar, metals, and trash containers were stored at outdoor areas without covers. Violation B Inspection
