Order Conditions |
These violations are a result of the Permittees failure to comply with the conditions contained within the Certification as issued and the General WDRs, including Conditions XII.B.2.a, XII.F.6, and XII.I. of the Certification issued on May 1, 2020, for the Project. Condition XII.B.2.a, requires that the Permittee submit to the Santa Ana Water Board, a Commencement of Construction Report at least seven (7) days prior to the start of initial ground disturbing activities. Condition XII.F.6 requires that the Permittee submit a signed copy of the California Department of Fish and Wildlife''s (CDFW) lake and streambed alteration agreement to the Santa Ana Water Board prior to any discharge to waters of the State. Condition XII.I requires that the Permittee provide a fully executed agreement for the purchase of 0.05 acre of enhancement mitigation credits from the Inland Empire Resource Conservation District''s In-Lieu Fee Program within ten (10) days of impacts authorized by Certification for the Project. |
